    As we prepare for the next stage of growth, we’re looking for a visionary Chief Marketing Officer to join our team. This is an equity-only position, offering a unique opportunity to take ownership and shape the future of a game-changing startup.

    What You’ll Do:

    • Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy to drive brand awareness and user acquisition.
    • Lead the creation of innovative campaigns that resonate with diverse target audiences, from everyday users to influencers.
    • Collaborate closely with the teams to ensure marketing aligns with overall business objectives.
    • Build and manage a lean, high-performing marketing team as the company grows.

    What We’re Looking For:

    • 5 or more years of experience in a marketing role, preferably within a startup or tech environment.
    • Expertise in digital marketing, growth hacking, and performance-driven campaigns.
    • Strong understanding of referral and rewards ecosystems, with a passion for innovative solutions.
    • Entrepreneurial mindset with a willingness to take risks and think outside the box.
    • Experience working with influencers
    • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
