Key Responsibilities:
Provide strategic leadership for all clinical operations and medical staff activities
Develop and implement clinical policies and best practices to ensure optimal patient care
Lead quality improvement initiatives and oversee clinical risk management
Collaborate with C-suite executives to align clinical operations with organizational goals
Serve as a liaison between medical staff and administration
Drive innovation in healthcare delivery and promote evidence-based practice
Represent the organization in interactions with external stakeholders
Manage medical affairs budget and resource allocation
Participate in strategic planning and decision-making at the executive level
Foster a culture of continuous improvement and patient-centered care
What We Are Looking For:
MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
Current medical license in good standing
Board certification in a medical specialty
Master's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field preferred
Minimum of 10 years of clinical experience, with at least 5 years in a senior medical leadership role
Proven track record of successful healthcare leadership and clinical operations management
Strong understanding of healthcare economics, policy, and regulatory environment
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire multidisciplinary teams
Experience with quality improvement methodologies and implementation
Preferred Qualifications:
Fellowship of professional medical associations or societies
Publication record in peer-reviewed journals
Experience leading large-scale healthcare transformation initiatives
Proficiency in data analytics and performance measurement in healthcare settings
