    Key Responsibilities:

    • Provide strategic leadership for all clinical operations and medical staff activities

    • Develop and implement clinical policies and best practices to ensure optimal patient care

    • Lead quality improvement initiatives and oversee clinical risk management

    • Collaborate with C-suite executives to align clinical operations with organizational goals

    • Serve as a liaison between medical staff and administration

    • Drive innovation in healthcare delivery and promote evidence-based practice

    • Represent the organization in interactions with external stakeholders

    • Manage medical affairs budget and resource allocation

    • Participate in strategic planning and decision-making at the executive level

    • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and patient-centered care

    What We Are Looking For:

    • MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school

    • Current medical license in good standing

    • Board certification in a medical specialty

    • Master's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field preferred

    • Minimum of 10 years of clinical experience, with at least 5 years in a senior medical leadership role

    • Proven track record of successful healthcare leadership and clinical operations management

    • Strong understanding of healthcare economics, policy, and regulatory environment

    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills

    • Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire multidisciplinary teams

    • Experience with quality improvement methodologies and implementation

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Fellowship of professional medical associations or societies

    • Publication record in peer-reviewed journals

    • Experience leading large-scale healthcare transformation initiatives

    • Proficiency in data analytics and performance measurement in healthcare settings
