Our state-of-the-art equipment allows surgeons to perform procedures in the specialty areas of Bariatrics, General Surgery, Oral/Maxillofacial, Orthopedics, Spine, Pain Management, Podiatry, Robotics, Urology and GYN. Our 24-hour, 7-day-a-week emergency department is always ready to handle sudden pain or injuries. We also offer extensive onsite diagnostic imaging to expedite treatment.
Job Summary: Duties and Responsibilities
This position is responsible for management of nursing service department and for the direction and supervision of all nursing service functions and activities.
Competencies and responsibilities associated with each position are a combination of hospital wide and department specific standards. The department specific standards include the competencies appropriate to the ages of the customer served. The employee’s competencies are evaluated on an on-going basis, and formally documented at least annually as part of the Performance Appraisal process.
