    Role Overview

    We are seeking a highly accomplished Chief Operating Officer (COO) with an elite business growth track record and exceptional coaching and coordination skills to lead BPM-PR Firm’s daily operations. The COO will be responsible for overseeing strategic execution, cross-functional team leadership, financial management, operational efficiency, risk mitigation, and business development, ensuring BPM-PR Firm remains a leader in the PR industry.

    This is a high-impact executive role requiring a visionary leader with deep expertise in business operations, media strategy, talent development, and financial oversight. The ideal candidate will possess strong problem-solving abilities, excellent interpersonal communication skills, and the ability to inspire and coach teams to deliver exceptional client service and agency performance.

    The COO will collaborate closely with the CEO and department heads to drive strategic growth initiatives, optimize internal processes, and enhance the company’s profitability, culture, and innovation.

    Key Responsibilities

    Strategic Leadership & Execution

    Oversee and execute business strategy, ensuring operational goals align with BPM-PR Firm’s long-term vision.

    Lead cross-functional teams, ensuring collaboration across finance, marketing, HR, media relations, and client services.

    Drive business expansion by identifying new markets, service offerings, and revenue opportunities.

    Set and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to track agency performance and operational success.

    Establish a culture of excellence, efficiency, and accountability, fostering continuous improvement.

    Operational Excellence & Efficiency

    Manage all day-to-day operations, including project execution, resource allocation, and quality control.

    Optimize internal processes and technology platforms to enhance workflow and maximize productivity.

    Oversee media relations, influencer marketing, PR campaign execution, and event planning to ensure client success.

    Direct manufacturing and supply chain oversight for PR activations, product placements, and events.

    Ensure regulatory compliance and ethical industry practices are upheld across all departments.

    Financial Leadership & Risk Mitigation

    Develop and manage financial plans, including budgeting, revenue forecasting, and cost control.

    Ensure profitability targets are met, identifying areas for financial growth and operational savings.

    Oversee billing, collections, and invoicing to optimize financial efficiency.

    Identify and mitigate potential risks that could impact business operations or reputation.

    HR, Talent Development & Coaching

    Work with HR teams to develop internal training programs, ensuring team members receive ongoing coaching and development.

    Oversee recruitment, hiring, and talent retention, building a strong, high-performing workforce.

    Mentor and coach department leaders and employees, fostering leadership growth and professional development.

    Create a collaborative, diverse, and inclusive work environment that attracts and retains top-tier PR talent.

    Recognize and leverage employee strengths, ensuring optimal team performance and job satisfaction.

    Client Relationship Management & Growth

    Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring BPM-PR Firm consistently exceeds expectations.

    Oversee major client acquisition efforts, including pitching, proposals, and contract negotiations.

    Lead business development strategies, expanding existing client relationships and diversifying revenue streams.

    Ensure top-tier service delivery, positioning BPM-PR Firm as an industry leader in PR, media, and event management.

    Innovation, Digital PR & Competitive Strategy

    Track industry trends, digital PR advancements, and influencer marketing strategies to maintain a competitive edge.

    Implement cutting-edge technologies and automation tools to enhance campaign management and analytics.

    Spearhead crisis management strategies, ensuring proactive risk response for clients and the firm.

    Oversee strategic brand partnerships, sponsorships, and media collaborations to enhance brand visibility.

    Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

    The COO will be responsible for ensuring BPM-PR Firm meets critical business performance metrics, including:

    Operational KPIs

    Project completion rate (percentage of PR campaigns executed on time and within budget).

    Client retention rate (year-over-year renewals and satisfaction scores).

    Employee productivity and training effectiveness (measured through engagement and performance reviews).

    Process improvement success (quantifiable gains in efficiency and workflow optimization).

    Financial KPIs

    Revenue growth (quarter-over-quarter and year-over-year increases).

    Profitability margins (ensuring sustained financial health).

    Client acquisition success rate (high-profile accounts won and retained).

    Billing efficiency (faster invoice processing and improved cash flow).

    Growth & Competitive KPIs

    Expansion of service offerings or market reach (successful launches of new PR services).

    Required Skills & Experience

    10+ years of executive leadership experience in PR, media, marketing, or business operations.

    Proven track record of scaling business operations and driving elite business growth.

    Deep understanding of PR strategies, digital media, and influencer marketing.

    Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and revenue optimization.

    Exceptional leadership and managerial skills, with the ability to coach, develop, and inspire teams.

    Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of managing high-profile clients and stakeholders.

    Ability to recognize and leverage team member strengths, fostering a productive and motivated workforce.
