    We are good lawyers helping people. We are looking for our COO and Integrator to substantially grow and scale our personal injury law firm into a digital marketing organization that exceeds $12 million in gross revenue in the next 3 years using EOS or similar proven systems and processes. You have to have read Traction and Fireproof to apply for the job and GWC our values of hard work, putting the client first, empathy, teamwork and producing a great work product. Responsibilities: This is a full-time hybrid role for a Law Firm COO. The COO will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, hiring A+ team members, business planning, financial management, budgeting, and marketing strategy implementation. The COO will collaborate with the firm's attorneys and staff to ensure efficient operations, strategic planning, and financial success. The COO will also have the flexibility to work remotely for a portion of the week, while being primarily located in Forest Hills, NY. Qualifications: • Business Planning and Operations Management skills • Analytical Skills for data-driven decision making • Finance and Budgeting expertise • Experience in the legal industry, particularly in personal injury law • Strong leadership skills • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work independently and collaboratively • Attention to detail in strong organizational skills • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related field • MBA a plus • Personal Injury law firm C Suite experience goes to the top of the stack Compensation: $100,000 - $200,000 yearly
