    • In-depth knowledge of healthcare operations, specifically within homecare, ABA therapy, or drug rehabilitation.
    • Demonstrated success in scaling operations, particularly in launching and managing new locations and territories.
    • Strong understanding of regulatory requirements in the healthcare sector and proven ability to ensure compliance.
    • Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage large, diverse teams.
    • Experience in financial management, including budgeting, resource allocation, and performance monitoring.
    • Strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills.
    • Preferred location in the Tri-State area New York, Florida, Pennsylvania, or Georgia, with a willingness to travel.

    Compensation:

    • $200,000 - $300,000 base salary, plus performance-based bonus structure.

This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced executive to shape the future of a rapidly expanding healthcare company. If you meet the qualifications and are eager to lead operations at a transformative stage of growth, we encourage you to apply.
