    We Are a Dynamic Atlanta-Based Personal Injury Law Firm Seeking an Experienced Executive Director of Operations This is an executive-level operations position ideal for candidates with a minimum of 5 years’ experience as a COO, Director of Operations, or VP of Operations. The role involves executing quarterly business objectives through effective leadership of personnel, finance, facilities, and business systems. You will play a significant role in shaping the firm’s culture. Candidates must have experience managing a team of more than 12 people and overseeing a budget of $10 million or more. This position is critical and reports directly to the CEO. The ideal candidate for this role must possess the following qualities: - Ability to provide effective solutions - High energy level - Strong conflict resolution skills (not conflict avoidance) - Metrics-driven and obsessed with key performance indicators (KPIs) - Ability to deliver success through others - Proven track record of driving gross revenue and profit Responsibilities: You will be required to demonstrate evidence of prior success with: • Business process refinement and systems management to ensure profitable operation of the Firm • Systems management to ensure matters are handled appropriately so that client needs are met, legal and ethical requirements are met, and clients receive excellent service • Employee leadership, performance management, supervision (and termination) • Understand and use common financial reports to make decisions (budget variance, PL, cashflow forecast) • Management of bookkeeper, accountant, technology systems, and other vendors Qualifications: Demonstrated record of success leading operations in professional services industry. Knowledge of personal injury law is helpful, but not required. • Bachelors in Business is Required; MBA preferred • Experience and passion for working in a fast-growing organization • SHRM or HRCI certifications a plus To Apply, You Must Follow The Required Two-Step Process.
