We are looking for a skilled COO to oversee the administrative operations of our law firm. The role is in our Raleigh office and will be responsible for coordinating and managing administrative tasks to ensure the firm's attorneys have the necessary support to be effective in their legal work, including handling all non-legal aspects from human resources and finances to office administration and record keeping. The COO is expected to serve as a positive role model and mentor and to perform all responsibilities with a commitment to providing superior service to the firm’s attorneys, advisors, and staff, efficient and effective departmental operations, and an atmosphere of teamwork and continuous improvement. The ideal candidate possesses excellent people skills and is comfortable dealing with financial data and decision-making. Ultimately, the role of the COO is to ensure the smooth running of the office and effective case management by providing reliable administrative support to the legal team. Compensation: $120,000 + performance based bonuses
