As a hybrid role, this position is based in the Portland-Metro area, requiring time in each of the firm's three offices with ample opportunity to work remotely. With a competitive salary range of $95,000 - $125,000 annually, this role offers a unique opportunity to make a significant impact in a forward-thinking legal practice. Responsibilities: • Lead human resources and mentor team members to foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. • Oversee budgeting, reporting, and financial management processes to optimize financial performance. • Collaborate with Owner to establish and implement firm-wide systems, policies, and procedures. • Develop and implement strategies to streamline operations and increase efficiency across all departments. • Manage firm-wide development and implementation of marketing and sales plans. • Provide facilities oversight and oversee offices across multiple locations in Oregon. Qualifications: • Several years (7+) of experience in a leadership role within a legal firm or related professional services industry • Strong understanding of operational management and strategic planning that keeps the big picture in clear view • Proven track record of successful team management, training, and development, including fostering good interpersonal relations with team members and helping to safeguard and cultivate firm culture • Willingness to travel regularly to office locations, with the majority of in-office time in King City/Tigard. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Proficiency in financial management and budgeting Compensation: $95,000 - $125,000 yearly
