The Connexa Search Group is partnering with a great company in the Greenville area to bring on a Chief Technology Officer to join their team. This is a corporate office environment near Downtown Greenville and will be mostly on-site with flexibility as needed and possible hybrid schedule. The CTO will ensure technology aligns with the company's objectives, foster innovation, and manage cybersecurity efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborates closely with operational teams to innovate and integrate digital processes

• Creates and manages comprehensive cybersecurity strategies and policies to safeguard infrastructure, data, and sensitive information

• Oversees the IT Department

• Manages and evaluates all IT infrastructure and architecture

Knowledge and Skills:

• Experience: 10+ years of relevant experience, with 5+ years in a leadership role.

• Education/Certifications: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field.

• Interpersonal Skills: Strong strategic thinking and leadership abilities, with the capacity to manage and teams.

Additional Skills:

• Deep understanding of digital transformation and the ability to drive innovation

• Excellent analytical, planning, and communication skills.

• Expertise in cybersecurity best practices, threat detection, and incident response.
