Manages Survey Crews for a multi-year heavy civil construction project
Key Tasks and Responsibilities
Skills and Abilities
Demonstrate and lead with a strong respect for safety culture in a construction environment
Must be proficient with survey software such as Trimble Business Center, CAD Civil 3d, and/or Leica Infinity
Construction plan reading
The ability to communicate information and ideas in speaking and writing so others will understand.
The ability to listen to and understand information and ideas presented through spoken words and sentences
Demonstrate the ability and behavior necessary to lead others in accomplishing individual and team goals
Using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches to problems
Look for ways to improve and promote quality; demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness.
Determining the kinds of tools and equipment needed to do a job
Ability to work well in a non-structured environment
Work as part of a team; ability to lead others
