    Position: Child & Adolescent Psychiatrist (Medical Director) Location: Washington, DC Employment Type: Part-Time or Full-Time

    About the Role: We are seeking an experienced and visionary Child & Adolescent Psychiatrist to join our team as Medical Director in a dynamic community-based setting in Washington, DC. This leadership role provides an opportunity to oversee and enhance mental health services for children and adolescents while directly engaging with patients to make a meaningful impact.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Serve as the Medical Director, providing clinical leadership and oversight for mental health programs.

    Diagnose and treat a range of psychiatric conditions in children and adolescents through evidence-based approaches.

    Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care.

    Develop and implement clinical policies and procedures to meet regulatory and organizational standards.

    Supervise and mentor clinical staff, including therapists and counselors.

    Provide consultations and support to families and caregivers to enhance treatment outcomes.

    Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.

    Qualifications:

    Board-certified or board-eligible in Child & Adolescent Psychiatry.

    Active medical license in Washington, DC.

    Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience, with leadership experience preferred.

    Strong commitment to serving diverse populations in a community-based setting.

    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

    Schedule:

    Office hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

    Flexible options for part-time or full-time employment.
