Your Role:

🔹 Direct and enhance mental health programs, ensuring high-quality, patient-centered care. 🔹 Diagnose and treat psychiatric conditions using evidence-based approaches. 🔹 Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop holistic treatment plans. 🔹 Establish and implement clinical policies aligned with best practices and regulations. 🔹 Supervise and mentor clinical staff, fostering professional growth. 🔹 Provide expert consultations to families and caregivers for improved outcomes. 🔹 Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with legal and regulatory standards.

What You Bring:

✔ Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Child & Adolescent Psychiatry. ✔ Active Medical License in Washington, DC. ✔ Minimum 5 Years of Clinical Experience (leadership experience preferred). ✔ Passion for serving diverse communities in a community-based setting. ✔ Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

🕘 Office Hours: Monday – Friday | 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
