Position Summary:
We are looking for licensed and provisionally licensed Therapists to join our rapidly expanding clinical teams in NW Houston Cy-Fair. The ideal candidate will be comfortable managing a balanced caseload, including children aged 5+, and will receive clinical support and mentoring. This role offers the flexibility to work both in-person and remotely, including evenings and weekends, which are in high demand.

Primary Responsibilities:
Evaluate mental health diagnoses and create treatment plans.
Provide individual and group therapy sessions.
Collaborate with medical professionals to develop comprehensive treatment plans.
Offer grief counseling and support to patients and families.
Engage in social work activities to address patient needs.
Participate in behavioral health interventions within the hospital setting.
Contribute to research projects related to mental health and well-being.
Attend and participate in clinical staff meetings and trainings.
Maintain documentation according to company policies.
Qualifications:
Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., psychology, social work).
Clinical license through the State of Texas (LCSW, LPC, LMFT) or provisional Associate licensure.
Valid Texas Driver’s License and insurability under Ellie Mental Health policies.
Strong diagnostic and crisis intervention skills.
Familiarity with typical office technology and Electronic Health Record systems.
Excellent communication, listening, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work autonomously and manage a diverse client base.
BIPOC and LGBTQ candidates are encouraged to apply.
Training in EMDR, Somatic Experiencing, play therapy, disordered eating, and process addictions is highly considered.

Compensation: Compensation includes a base hourly pay, commission splits, flexible scheduling, and the ability to manage your own caseload.
