Responsibilities: As a therapist at SF Stress and Anxiety Center, your role will include the following responsibilities: • Maintain a caseload of at least 10 clients per week or more • Dedicate a minimum of 15 hours per week to client sessions and administrative tasks • Keep your professional license up to date with either the California Board of Behavioral Sciences or the California Board of Psychology • Complete progress notes in a timely manner • Attend mandatory yearly meetings, which serve as an opportunity to stay informed about any policy or procedural changes within the organization • Most importantly, you should be passionate about working with children, and their families, and collaborating with a team Qualifications: Also, you need to: • Be flexible and open to collaboration and professional growth • Be eager to build a caseload • Have a Doctorate (Ph.D., PsyD) or Master's in Psychology, Counseling Psychology, or Social Work from an Accredited University • Have a California Psychologist License or California LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC License • Have relevant clinical experience working with children (12 and under) and their caregivers using Evidence-Based Practice • Understand the HIPAA requirements for mental health records and substance abuse records, and maintain appropriate documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards Compensation: $90 - $130 hourly
