    Child Care Career Navigator (Supporting New Early Childhood Professionals)

    Are you a natural relationship builder that wants to use your skills to positively influence the childcare community? Are you a strong communicator who is driven by achieving results? If so, the Child Care Career Navigator could be a great position for you!

    As a Child Care Career Navigator, you will focus on recruiting new early childhood professionals and classroom substitutes into the field. You will walk with those interested in working with young children and ensure they get the training, knowledge and skills they need to launch and enjoy a successful career in early childhood education. From Career Fairs through our orientation to the early childhood workforce, you will expand their understanding of what it means to be a professional in this field. We are looking for an excellent communicator who is very goal-oriented and very passionate about helping people!

    We are looking for a talented person with:

    • A minimum of an associate degree in early childhood education (ECE) and 3 years’ experience in ECE OR
    • A minimum bachelor’s degree in ECE and 1-year experience in ECE, 3 years preferred
    • Excellent written communication skills required

Our standard work week is 37.5 hours, and we work from home on Mondays. During your first year at 4C, you will earn 16 days of PTO, 12 days of sick time, and enjoy 11 paid holidays.
