    Your Responsibilities:

    Leadership & Management: Oversee daily operations, ensuring compliance with local and federal regulations, and maintain the center’s positive image.

    Staff Development: Hire, train, and evaluate staff members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.

    Curriculum Oversight: Manage and implement a robust, developmentally appropriate curriculum that aligns with our educational standards.

    Family Engagement: Establish strong communication channels with parents, keeping them informed and involved in their children’s progress.

    Operational Excellence: Ensure the center operates efficiently, meeting enrollment goals, managing budgets, and maintaining a safe and inviting environment.

    Qualifications:

    Educational Background: A degree in Early Childhood Education, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.

    Experience: At least two years of experience in a licensed childcare facility, with a strong background in management and staff supervision.

    Skills: Ability to connect positively with children, parents, and staff. Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills are essential.

    Certifications: CPR & First Aid certifications required; Admin 3 credentials

    Physical Requirements: Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and occasionally drive the center’s activity bus.
