Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, business or a related field is preferred. As a minimum, must meet all qualification requirements as set forth by childcare licensing regulations.
Previous experience of 2-5 years in child care or early childhood education is highly desirable, as it provides a solid foundation for success in this role.
Knowledge and experience with accreditation, excels, and credentialling.
Excellent communication and time management skills are essential, enabling effective interaction with children, parents, and staff members while managing multiple responsibilities seamlessly.
Possessing first aid and CPR certifications is preferred, showcasing your dedication to ensuring the safety and well-being of our young learners.
Physical stamina is crucial as the role requires prolonged periods of being on your feet and the ability to handle tasks such as bending, reaching, and lifting up to 30 pounds frequently.
