As a member of our team, you will use your skills to keep kids safe, active, and happy while enrolled in an HFAC program (up to age 12) or in Kid Central (6 months to 8 years). You’ll also be a key member of the overall team for a well-rounded work experience. Our luxurious and award-winning facility is a deeply valued part of HFAC Members’ lives. Our programs complement cool amenities like the aquatic center and climbing wall. Responsibilities: • Supervise and engage with children always emphasizing safety and fun. Interact with kids, parents/guardians, and colleagues with professionalism, kindness, and good communication skills. • Be an integrated “Whatever is needed” member of HFAC's team culture. Be able and willing to work events, front desk, cleaning, completing a report, or some other duty. • Handle concerns and challenges with a problem-solving mindset. • High-energy, positive, and passionate about healthy kids. • Follow directions, and be able to get a group of children to do the same. • Highly responsive and responsible to others. Qualifications: • Looking for people who are high-energy, outgoing, and creative. • Experience with sports or team activities is a plus. • Must be able to get CPR/First Aid Certified. • Must work well with children and adults. • Professional experience as a camp counselor or providing childcare is preferred but not required. Compensation: $15.95 - $16.95 hourly
