• Assist with the daily operation of the center • Monitor the teacher daily & throughout the day (Staff/child ratio, no sitting, but engaged with children) • Billing Parents Procare payment in the system every Thursday • Collect, view the lesson plans, and give the teacher feedback • Write letters, memos to parents and get the Director approval before submitting • Make sure all teachers are taking BFTS training (Collect, upload in GaPDS, and file them) • Collect meal count sheet daily • Make sure all children immunization is current and in the ChildPilot system • Conduct tours and consult with prospective families • Provide parents with enrollment package and follow-up with parents • Setting up interviews for prospective employees • Make sure all children have proper paperwork on file (allergies paperwork, medical authorization from parents, IES forms, immunization). • Hosting Open House or any (Event planning & set-up) • Do inventory on supplies and let the Director know if we need anything • Order supplies as needed with the Director approval • Make sure teachers are doing playground check daily • Train new staff members • Ongoing coaching with teachers (Document coaching sessions) • Make sure teachers are cleaning their classrooms daily • Provides back-up in classroom as needed • CACFP forms are filled out completely by parents before submitting to the Director • View the FunShine Express to make sure teachers inputting observations, lesson plans, Progress Reports • Make sure lesson plans are posted weekly in the classrooms • Assist with CACFP paperwork • Take part in any training that is required for management
