Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary team members, including medication providers, psychologists, and other mental health professionals, to ensure a comprehensive approach to care.
Engage with external stakeholders such as school staff, medical professionals, and case managers to coordinate holistic care for clients.
Participate actively in clinical team meetings and engage in ongoing professional development and training.
Offer therapeutic services that integrate play-based methods, Child-Parent Psychotherapy (CPP), Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), or other evidence-based approaches relevant to the developmental needs of children and adolescents.
Maintain strong caregiver involvement and conduct family therapy sessions as appropriate to address family dynamics and promote effective support systems.
