    Description

    Human Supports of Idaho, a partner practice of Behavioral Health Solutions, has multiple openings for talented licensed therapists eager to work with children going through mental health challenges. You can expect a full-time caseload of adolescents (and some adults depending on schedule preferences) confronting a wide range of challenges from trauma to substance abuse to relationship conflict and everything in between. Somedays this might mean you are working with teenagers navigating the highs and lows of puberty or crawling on the floor with a toddler who is eagerly building the world’s largest Play-Doh castle.     Job Duties

    • Create a safe and trusting space in order to build rapport with participants and their designated supports.
    • Complete various assessments, treatment plans, reviews, and progress notes in a timely manner.
    • Effectively collaborate and communicate with treatment providers and staff.
    • Maintain confidentiality of verbal and written communication.
    • Adhere to HSI policies and procedures as well as the NASW Code of Ethics.
    • Effectively navigate Electronic Health Record systems (inSync Healthcare Solutions).

    Requirements

    • A current, unrestricted license from the State of Idaho as an LCSW. LMSW, LPC, LCPC, or LMFT.
    • Pass a Health & Welfare Enhanced criminal history background check.
    • Computer literate and able to meet deadlines.
    • Positive, organized, self-driven attitude.

    Preferred Skills

    • Previous training and experience working with SPMI and/or SUD populations.
    • Skilled in diagnosing, treatment planning, and implementation.
    • Hold a certification or specialty beyond their license.
    • Familiarity with EHR systems.
    • Spanish language fluency.

    Benefits

    • Salaried Base with additional Reimbursement Compensation
    • $45,000 - $100,000 depending on experience, and licensure
    • Avoid “no-shows” when working in Skilled Nursing Facilities.
