    Who we are looking for:

    We are seeking passionate and unique Psychologists (PsyD, PhD) and Therapists (LCPC and LMSW-C) to join us at Ellie. The perfect candidate is unique, fun-loving, authentic, shares our passion for providing access to quality mental health care and thrives in a culture that emphasizes flexibility, creativity, authenticity, humor, compassion, acceptance and determination.

    Our therapists have the flexibility to set their own schedule, manage their own caseload of 25 - 30 clients, focus their efforts on specialties and work in a warm, inviting office.

    Required Qualifications and Skills:

    Candidates are required to have a master’s degree in one of the behavioral sciences or related fields from an accredited college or university and on track to obtain licensure in their designated field

    Candidates should be fully licensed

    Required experience with completing DAs, treatment plans and clinical case notes

    Ability to demonstrate and model stable, appropriate boundaries with clients

    Ability to complete and submit documentation of services and other documents in a timely manner

    Comfort and familiarity working with a diverse client base

    Fully Licensed Clinicians will ideally be credentialed with insurance panels.

    Desired experience and qualifications:

    Prefer candidates be fully licensed mental health professionals with a valid state of Maryland license

    Seasoned professional focused on children, adolescents, and teens.

    Responsibilities include:

    Evaluate mental health diagnosis, create and implement a treatment plan, complete ongoing documentation including further diagnosis, treatment plan reviews, and case notes according to company policy

    Clinicians must maintain a minimum caseload of 25-27 client visits per week (Part-time positions are also available)

    Provide excellent customer service for clients and collaborate with a dynamic team to further the mission of filling gaps in our community

    Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve and exceed goals

    Prepare and submit individual documentation for each session

    Coordinate services with case managers, families, work personnel, medical personnel, other Ellie staff, and school staff as needed

    Attend and participate in all clinical staff meetings and training

    Collect copays and deductible.

    Sense of humor will undoubtedly help as well!

    *Our Clinical Licensure Supervision Program has supervisors for folks seeking licensure as LCSW and LGPC.

    Compensation: Annual salary up to $80,000 depending on licensure, experience, case load size, and bonus opportunities!
