    Responsibilities

    As an Infant Teacher, you will be given the tools, resources, and training to:

    Ensure compliance with all regulations, company standards, policies, and procedures.

    Provide a welcoming & friendly classroom environment for children, parents & visitors.

    Create and implement thorough, timely lesson plans that are age-appropriate and stimulating in accordance with Celebree’s curriculum.

    Manage effective classroom transitions.

    Supervise children during all activities; counsel children as needed using positive and appropriate discipline techniques.

    Ensure that the appearance, cleanliness, and safe environment of the classroom are appropriately maintained.

    Present a positive and professional image at all times adhering to uniform requirements.

    Communicate effectively with parents, e.g., greeting by name, addressing concerns in a timely manner, giving positive feedback, and providing regular updates on their child’s development and classroom happenings.

    Requirements

    At least 18 years of age

    CDA, Associate's, Bachelor Degree or higher education in Early Childhood Development or Education and/or related field.

    35-40hr Professional Development Trainings completed through our online Quorum portal

    Willing to work 8:15pm-5:15pm shift
