    Job Summary

    We are seeking a childcare center coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will coordinate all administrative duties and office procedures, ensuring the workplace operates smoothly and efficiently. Your responsibilities will include scheduling meetings, paying invoices, sending parent forms, and maintaining office equipment. The ideal candidate is highly organized with excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to implement systems and procedures inside of the classrooms.

    Responsibilities

    Maintain calendar of appointments and meetings

    Design the office layout with efficiency and organization in mind

    Collaborate with human resources to create, update, and maintain office procedures

    Pay and record invoices

    Accurately maintain general office budget

    Being able to send forms to parents and doctors

    Maintain Confidentiality for our students and staff

    Qualifications

    Associate or bachelor's degree in a human services Field

    Childcare Experience

    Understanding of office equipment, systems, and procedures

    Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks

    Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

    Excellent verbal and written communication skills
