Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Childcare Center Director to join our team. In this role as a childcare center director you will supervise and lead staff, design program plans, oversee daily activities, and process payroll. As a Center Director, you are responsible for all aspects of the center's programs, which may include before- and after-school care, grocery shopping, shopping for centers needed supplies etc.
Responsibilities
Oversee operational aspects of the business
Plan Trips and Community events for the center
Create strategic and operational goals and objectives
Oversee pantry food availability
Ensure the organization is compliant with all applicable legal and regulatory requirements
Examine financial data "Discussed at The Monthly Meetings held with Center Owner"
Set and monitor key performance indicators for employees
Schedule Required Trainings for current staff
Ensure staff attend trainings
Qualifications
Associate or degree or better in Early Childhood Education
Previous experience as Childcare Center Director preferred but not required
Deep understanding of organizational effectiveness and operations management
Ability to analyze financial data and create budgets and financial forecasts
Excellent verbal and written communication
Knowledge of sound business practices and financial principles
