Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Maintenance Person to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in both electrical, mechanical and plumbing maintenance, with the ability to troubleshoot and repair various systems. This role requires a proactive individual who can work independently as well as part of a team, ensuring that all equipment operates efficiently and safely.

Wall Repair
Assembling furniture
Shoveling
Mopping
Dusting
Taking care of bus repairs as needed
Perform routine maintenance and repairs on machinery and equipment.
Troubleshoot electrical issues using schematics and ohmmeters.
Provide excellent customer service by addressing maintenance-related inquiries promptly.
Document all maintenance activities and report on equipment status regularly.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies during all maintenance tasks.
Experience
Proven experience in electrical and mechanical maintenance roles.
Previous supervisory experience is a plus, demonstrating leadership capabilities.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work under pressure.
Proficiency in English for effective communication within the team and with customers.
A background in customer service is beneficial for interacting with clients regarding maintenance needs.

Qualifications
High school diploma/GED or equivalent
At least 2 years of maintenance experience
Knowledge of heating and air conditioning units, plumbing systems, and electrical systems
Advanced understanding of maintenance equipment, procedures, and techniques
Available to be on call and respond to maintenance requests on nights and weekends
Excellent work ethic, communication skills, time management skills, and attention to detail
