The Director will manage and oversee aspects of private childcare, including health and safety, enrollment and financial wellness, compliance, staffing, training, and delivery of high-quality education and care.

Grow Enrollments

Our ideal candidate has:

A Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education, Elementary Education, a related field, or equivalent classroom/teaching experience.

At least 5 years experience managing a large group, EEC licensed program.

Holds EEC Director II qualifications.

Strong background in state licensing regulations, staffing, enrollment, and budget management.
