We are looking for a caring and charismatic individual to join our growing team!

The Lead Teacher is the primary point of development and learning for our children and sets the tone for their room. Working with an assistant, the lead teacher will implement the established Kids 'R' Kids daily curriculum which prepares children for their school years ahead. The Lead Teacher is the point person for parent communications; sharing updates and progress, as well as discussing focus areas.

If an extra boost of energy is needed for the teachers, they can always stop by our staff lounge for a refill at our cold brew coffee tap! We can’t wait for you to join our team.

Qualifications

18+ Years Old

Meet one of the following:

Hold a bachelor’s or Associate’s in early childhood education, education, or child/youth development

Have a Child Development Associate Credential

Have a high school diploma or GED with 1500 verified hours of experience in organized group activities for young children

3+ years experience in childcare or classroom management preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $15.00 per hour
