The Goddard School is looking for a dedicated teacher's to join our team and help create a nurturing, educational environment where children can thrive. This position is full time. All candidates must be available to work Monday through Friday.

Key Responsibilities:
Plan and implement developmentally appropriate lesson plans using The Goddard School’s Wonder of Learning curriculum.
Create a warm, engaging, and safe classroom environment that encourages exploration, creativity, and social-emotional development.
Assess children’s individual needs and progress, providing tailored support and communication with families.
Foster strong relationships with students, families, and fellow staff members to create a positive, collaborative atmosphere.
Ensure classroom activities align with both The Goddard School’s educational philosophy and state licensing requirements.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 1 year of experience working with infant-preschool-aged children in a licensed childcare setting.
CDA or Bachelors Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred.
A passion for early childhood education and a dedication to nurturing each child’s development.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well with parents, colleagues, and children.
Knowledge of child development principles and best practices in early education.
CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
