    Job Summary:

    The Assistant Gym Director is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will also excel at teaching classes to the extremely high standards established by The Little Gym International. The Assistant Gym Director will spend approximately 40% of their time teaching, with the balance of their time devoted to day-to-day operations and to building a top-notch team of individuals who are 100% committed to providing outstanding customer service.

    Responsibilities:

    Teach GREAT classes based on our proven curriculum and teaching method

    Lead a team in providing outstanding customer service and membership experience second to none

    Manage day-to-day operations

    Maintain facility and equipment

    Sell The Little Gym program to new customers

    Qualifications:

    Child development, early childhood education, and/or physical education experience required; gymnastics experience is a plus

    Customer service experience, preferably with parents and children

    Management and leadership experience

    Technical and computing skills, ability to learn new processes and software quickly

    Great attitude and strong work ethic, excellent time management skills

    Loves to have fun and not only smiles easily but finds joy in making others smile

    Availability Requirements:

    Available to work weekday evenings and weekends.
