Position Summary: DolFUN Dynamics is looking for enthusiastic and energetic individuals to join our team as Preschool Recreational Gymnastics Teachers and Ninja Instructors. Teach weekend days, Monday/Thursday evening classes, and M-TH Spring Break & Summer Day Camps. No experience necessary, we will train!
About DolFUN Dynamics: DolFUN Dynamics is an internationally acclaimed swim academy recently expanded to include a new multi-sport center offering Sweet Peas Educational Gymnastics & Ninja programs. Our mission is to provide a safe and nurturing environment where children can discover their passion for swimming, gymnastics, ninja, and learning through play.

Duties and Responsibilities: • Teach gymnastics and ninja classes to children aged 6 months to 6 years and beyond • Motivate students with play, patience, and joyful interactions • Move mats, spot children, and be on your feet • Attend meetings and trainings • Maintain professional relationships and boundaries

Experience and Qualifications: • Experience is a plus but not required • Must be 18 years old to apply
Job Requirements: • Ability to work weekend days, Monday/Thursday evenings, and M-TH Spring Break, Birthdays, Summer Day Camps and other Dynamic Events! • Reliable attendance and team support • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Basic computer proficiency • Experience working with children and families is a plus
The Details: • Job Types: Part-time 20+ hours • Pay: $16.50 - $19.50 per hour | Training pay: $16.35 | Age: 18+ preferred • Benefits: 401(k), dental insurance, employee discount, flexible schedule, health insurance, paid time off, vision insurance after 90 days • Schedule: Monday & Thursday, Weekends, M-TH Summer Camps, Open to Birthday Parties and Special Events as needed. • Portland, OR 97216: Reliable transportation or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) • Work Location: In person
About DolFUN Dynamics: DolFUN Dynamics Multi-Sports Center, located in Portland, OR, is a new 20,000 sf recreational facility that is home to a warm 88-90 degree therapeutic pool with UV system, expansive gym featuring Sweet Peas educational gymnastics and Ninja classes, complete with Tumbl-traks, trampolines, ninja rigs, bouldering walls, and gymnastics equipment galore!
