Children’s Therapy Assistant Manager

Our client is in beautiful Fort Myers, FL and looking for qualified professionals to join their team! They are a well-established non-profit that brings much needed services to the community.

The Position: Our client is looking for a Licensed Clinician to join their established team in the Fort Myers area. They are offering the following compensation and benefits:

• $49,000 – $64,000 Based On Experience
• Mon – Friday (8am – 5pm EST)
• Hybrid Role

Requirements:

• Minimum Masters Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling or a related field
• Valid Florida LCSW, LMHC, or Psychologist License
• 1 Year Experience Leadership Experience
• 2 Years of Full Time or Equivalent Professional Experience Serving Children and Adolescents in a Clinical Setting
• Experience with Early Child
• Must Have a Reliable Vehicle, Valid Driver’s License, Current Auto Insurance, and a Clean Driving Record
• Ability to Learn Electronic Health Records (EHR)
• Excellent Computer Skills

Responsibilities:

• Carry Small Case Load to Keep Skills Fresh
• Clinical and Administrative Supervision to Master’s Level Therapists and Clinicians in the Children’s Therapy Program
• Develop Children’s Services as Well as Strengthen and Enhance Young Child and Early Childhood Mental Health Services Throughout the Department
