JOB DESCRIPTION of Warehouse Supervisor

Job Summary Job Title | Warehouse Supervisor | Department | Warehouse Status Full Time | Work Times | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Job Summary Warehouse Supervisor will oversee implementation of all warehouse operations, including hardware, packaging materials, oil products, raw materials, logistics, scheduling, delivery, transportation and loading dock activity. Job Responsibilities ● Supervise all daily warehouse activities● Schedule and oversee warehouse team● Manage the flow and quality of of work to maximize efficiency● Manage warehouse inventory to avoid shortages: hardware, packaging materials, oil products, raw materials● Responsible for the accuracy and timeliness of warehouse data● Oversee general maintenance when needed● Develop actionable plans for loss prevention● Communicate with drivers to ensure efficient receiving of material Job Qualification Education | High school or GED Certification | Associate’s degree preferred Work Experience | At least 3 year of experience as an Warehouse Supervisor Skills | ● Experience in a warehouse role managing employees● Proficiency with warehouse procedures and policy● Excellent problem solving skills● Possess leadership qualities● Ability to deliver effective feedback
