Chippens Hill Veterinary Hospital has a solid team of staff members who are more like a family and we are looking to add the right person to our growing business. We are a fast paced veterinary hospital with a great culture of Teamwork. CSR/Receptionists are responsible for greeting clients and their pets by name and making them feel welcome in person and on the phone. CSR's will be responsible for scheduling appointments, entering client and patient information into our practice management system upon check-in, differentiating routine cases from emergency cases, generating invoices, explaining treatment plans with associated costs to clients, and processing payments. We are looking for a compassionate individual who is a team-player with excellent communication skills, proficient computer skills, is knowledgeable with Word, Excel and Email, is able to work in a fast paced environment, can multitask, and has had previous customer service experience, preferably in the animal health field. CSRs should be able to lift up to 40lbs. We are looking for someone with a flexible schedule; morning, night and weekend shifts will be required, but rotated among the CSR team.
