    We are seeking a dedicated Chiropractic Front Desk Assistant to join our team. Part-Time. The ideal candidate will assist in providing exceptional patient care and support the smooth operation of office duties. Duties: • Greet and welcome patients in a friendly and professional manner • Assist the chiropractor with patient care, including preparing treatment rooms • Schedule appointments and manage patient records • Handle phone inquiries and manage office communication effectively • Maintain a clean and organized office environment Requirements: • We are looking for upbeat, motivated, dependable employees • Strong communication skills and the ability to interact with patients compassionately • Ability to multitask, follow directions, learn office procedures, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment • Comfortable being active while performing office duties • Portuguese speaking Responsibilities: • Answer the phone at the clinic • Greet patients when they enter the clinic • Schedule patient appointments • Explain fees to patients and accept payment • Perform data entry in the clinic’s computer systems • Describe products available for purchase at the clinic and process payment for the same • Keep patient files up to date and enter appropriate charges, and process payment • Contact Insurance carriers for patient benefits Qualifications: MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED : • High School Diploma or Equivalent Degree • Previous Experience preferred, not required • Preferred backgrounds (not required) include: Medical Assistants, CNAs, Chiropractic Assistants, Physical Therapy Techs, Rehab Aides, Athletic Trainers, and any other patient care or medical office professionals interested in making a difference in patients' lives! • Excellent customer service and communication skills • Familiarity with using MS Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook) Compensation: $ 18.00 - $ 23.00 hourly
