    Job Overview:

    We are seeking a highly organized, friendly, and proactive Chiropractic Assistant / Office Manager to join our up-and-coming chiropractic clinic in Huntington Beach. As the first point of contact for our patients, you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth clinic operations, exceptional patient experiences, and efficient administrative workflows.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Patient Relations & Front Desk Duties:

    Greet and check in patients for their scheduled appointments with professionalism and warmth.

    Manage new patient intake by collecting and verifying personal and medical history information.

    Answer phone calls, schedule and confirm patient appointments, and respond to inquiries via phone, email, and social media.

    Administrative & Scheduling:

    Manage the schedules of two doctors to optimize patient flow and minimize wait times.

    Follow up with patients regarding appointments, treatment plans, and outstanding balances.

    Billing & Insurance Management:

    Process payments, charge credit cards, and manage patient billing.

    Verify insurance eligibility and benefits before patient visits.

    Communicate with insurance providers and patients regarding coverage details and outstanding claims.

    Marketing & Social Media Management:

    Manage the clinic’s social media accounts by creating and posting engaging content, responding to comments and messages, and engaging with the online community.

    Design promotional flyers, brochures, and marketing materials using Canva.

    Office Maintenance & Supplies:

    Order and restock all office supplies

    Perform weekly office cleaning and organization tasks.

    Decompression Table:

    Assist in setting up and removing patients from the therapy table.

    Sanitize therapy equipment after use.

    Work Schedule & Compensation:

    Part Time / Full Time: Monday - Friday, 30-40 hours per week

    Start time is 9am and end time is 6pm.

    Compensation : Starting hourly wage of $21.00 per hour.

    Payroll: Bi-weekly direct deposit

    Start Date: Early March 2025.

    Qualifications & Skills:

    Medical office experience preferred but not required—on-the-job training will be provided.

    Social media management experience, including content creation and engagement on Instagram and TikTok

    Basic graphic design skills using Canva for flyers and marketing materials.

    A friendly and welcoming personality with a strong focus on patient care.
