Schedule: Full-time, following your provider's schedule, Dr. Clanton Mon: 8-5, lunch 1-2 Tues: OFF Wed/Thurs: 7-6, lunch 1-2 Fri: 8:30-5:30, lunch meeting 1-2 Responsibilities: • Greet and assist patients in a warm and respectful manner, ensuring excellent customer service is provided consistently. • Room patients, take histories, and scribe for physical examinations. • Support the Chiropractor in evaluating and treating patients to enhance the efficiency of patient appointments. • Keep treatment and documentation areas orderly, well-equipped, and systematic. • Understand and manage insurance plans and authorizations. • Independently complete assigned tasks, aid in projects, administrative duties, and other clinic responsibilities to bolster teamwork. Qualifications: • US Work Authorization. • Strong customer service skills, verbal communication, and professionalism. • Ability to multitask effectively by engaging with patients, completing assigned tasks, and responding to internal messages. • Attention to detail is crucial while working in a fast-paced environment. • Must be capable of standing for a minimum of 3 hours per day and lifting up to 15 pounds. • Proficiency in computer skills, including Word, Excel, and Teams, is necessary. Compensation: $19 - $22 hourly
