Role Description:

We are looking for a SELF-MOTIVATED, PASSIONATE, ENTHUSIASTIC, CALIFORNIA-LICENSED CHIROPRACTOR who loves serving people and wants to grow the practice of their dreams without the hassle and pressure of running their own business. Our thriving clinic, with over 24 years of success, is highly energized and well-trained, seeking another DC to better serve our community.

You will receive one-on-one coaching to improve your strengths and learn proven successful procedures for corrective care and maintenance programs in a cash practice, including marketing, staff management, and budgeting. Our clinic is located in beautiful downtown Santa Barbara, California, surrounded by the best restaurants, hiking trails, parks, beaches, and shopping experiences. It's a fantastic place to raise a family, with great school systems and a gorgeous year-round climate promoting a healthy, outdoor lifestyle.

Required Qualifications:

Active California D.C. license

Active CA Malpractice Insurance Coverage

CA X-ray license (can apply once hired)

Confidence

Great communicator and team player

Responsibilities as a Chiropractor at Rilascio Chiropractic:

Master all aspects of patient care, including new patient consultations, examinations, x-rays, reports of findings, and patient management.

Perform quality adjustments/entrainments.

Educate patients on the quality-of-life benefits of Network Chiropractic care and provide a recommended course of treatment.

Build positive doctor-patient relationships.

Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient conditions and care.

Cover and grow the practice with a supportive team.

Benefits Include:

$96,000 base salary ($8,000 per month for California DC licensed), with potential earnings up to $240,000+ with bonuses and total compensation after a brief 90-day training period.
