We are seeking a skilled and caring Chiropractor to join the team at our thriving clinic. Responsibilities
Assume quality of care for all patients assigned to the Doctor of Chiropractic.
Adheres to the highest standards of health care practice, ethics, and professionalism at all times.
Diagnose health problems by reviewing patients' health and medical histories; questioning, observing and examining patients; and interpreting x-rays and/or other diagnostic studies.
Analyze the patient’s posture, spine, and reflexes.
Conduct tests, including evaluating a patient’s posture and taking x-rays.
Perform a series of manual adjustments to the spine, or other articulations of the body, in order to correct the musculoskeletal system.
Advise patients on health and lifestyle issues, such as exercise, nutrition, and sleep habits.
Refer patients to other healthcare professionals, if needed.
Responsible for directing and supervising the clinical staff (i.e., chiropractic assistants, rehab technicians, physical therapy assistants, and massage therapists), as appropriate.
Direct clinical staff to administer patient physiotherapy and rehab treatments.
Participate in various patient education/marketing events to promote the office.
Open to traveling for company training in South Florida with gas reimbursement.
The above responsibilities are not limited and may include other tasks as deemed necessary for the efficient operation of the core functions of Goldson Spine Rehabilitation Center.
Qualifications
Doctorate of Chiropractic degree
Proven experience as a Chiropractor
State license and valid malpractice insurance.
Strong communication and active listening skills.
Comprehensive knowledge of the neuromusculoskeletal system
Understanding of supplemental therapies
