    As a CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSOCIATE, you immediately greet, assist and direct all members/visitors/customers with a positive, confident & helpful manner; you ensure members/visitors/customers receive prompt attention, act as liaison between them and staff, and direct them appropriately; you represent the Credit Union with a professional image, stay current and keep informed on all Credit Union products & services, policies, goals and practices; you assist members in completing loan applications, general loan inquires, provide loan-related information, perform tasks associated with online applications, new account processing, and other account maintenance requests; you proactively educate members on CCCU product & services, recognize and generate cross-sell opportunities for Credit Union growth and retention, and comply with all regulatory requirements for financial institutions. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent, minimum two years of customer service experience, reliable transportation, valid driver's license and current car insurance when driving for CCCU, ability to display a positive and energetic outlook daily, representing the desired company image; ability to cross-sell services; excellent interpersonal skills; ability to communicate effectively in both verbal and written formats; and good telephone techniques. Banking experience, knowledge of credit union products/services, knowledge of MS Excel & Word, and bilingual skills (English/Spanish) are all preferred.

    WORK SCHEDULE: You must be available to work Monday through Thursday, 8:30am to 5:30pm; Friday, 9:15am to 6:15pm; Saturday (rotating) 9:00am to 1:00pm (40 hours per week).
