Job Duties:

Process Mortgage Loans, Review income and Credit

Customer Service

Familiar with FHA, USDA, Conventional Loans

Pre-Underwrite FHA, VA, USDA, and Conventional Loans

Responsible for determining and conditioning borrower for documentation to

complete file for underwriting approval.

Provides excellent customer service by effectively

communicating and

cooperating with all internal/external customers

Excellent communication and writing skills

Proficient in setting and accomplishing goals

Self-driven and self-motivated to achieve monthly goals

Touch clear to closesReview new submissions for compliance with guidelines (FNMA, FHLMC,

Hud, VA, Etc.) as well as internal or third party overlays, depending on proposed investor.

Calculate income, W2 and self-employed, along with

analyzing credit. Run decisions using DU or LP and would offer alternative solutions if not approved

Self-sufficient with problem solving. Ensures accuracy and compliance with Bank and/or regulatory requirements

Prepare loans for closing disclosure and closing documents. Obtain,review and clear prior to funding conditions to facilitate funding.

Work Directly with Senior Management
