    Job Description

    _ Job Summary_ : Eurofins Medical Device Chemistry and Container Testing team is seeking a Chromatography Scientist to research, develop and build methods for materials such as polymers, metals, biomaterials, ceramics, and pharmaceuticals which will be validated by ICH standards and comply with ISO, ASTM and USP regulations. Candidates will ideally possess multiple instrument and method experiences, including chromatography and Empower. The role may require use of GC, HPLC, MALLS, DSC/TGA, FTIR, IC, ICP, TOC, and other wet chemistry techniques.

    • Performing preparation and analysis for medical devices for chemical analysis using HPLC, GC, chromatography, various other instruments, and wet chemistry
    • Following GMP methods for client samples
    • Development and Validation of novel methods for medical devices
    • Writing technical documents for experiments
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    _ Minimum Qualifications:_

    • Bachelor’s degree in chemistry, biochemistry, or related degree concentration
    • 5 years experience using Empower software
    • 3 years of experience using chromatography in a cGMP environment
    • 3 years of experience with basic validation work
    • Experience performing compendial testing
    • Ability to work in the U.S. without restriction or sponsorship

    Additional Information

    Position is full-time position, Monday - Friday 8:00am - 4:00pm. Candidates currently living within a commutable distance of Lancaster, PA are encouraged to apply.
