We're looking for a friendly, organized, and energetic Office Manager for a Collision Repair Shop. Fluent computer skills is a must, but efficient training in our systems will be provided.
Office Manager Job Responsibilities :
Supports company operations by maintaining office systems.
• Maintains office services by organizing office operations and procedures, preparing payroll, controlling correspondence, designing filing systems, and monitoring clerical functions.
• Maintains office efficiency by planning and implementing office systems.
'Open and close repair orders for all incoming and outgoing vehicles in a timely manner
• Helps design and implement office policies by establishing standards and procedures, measuring results against standards, and making necessary adjustments.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
• Assist with the accounting schedules and accounts receivables.

Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements: •
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
• Two to three years’ experience in an office setting manager
• Proficient with office software Job Type:
• Experience dealing with insurance companies.
Full-time Pay: $60-70K per year with an equity option
Management: 2 year (Preferred)
