LOGISTICS MANAGER TNA

OBJECTIVE OF THE ROLE

As the Logistics Manager TNA you are responsible for the efficiency and effectiveness of all means of transportation of our products to and from our  logistics provider and all related  logistics matters like stock management and documentation. At the same time you maintain strong relationships with customers and carriers.

The Logistics Manager proactively analyses available data to further create understanding of the logistical business and seeks opportunities to continuously improve the quality of information and reporting. This function reports into TNA Commercial Vice President.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• You act as a liaison between all involved parties in the Netherlands and North America with regards to import, export and transportation of the goods in order the ensure the agreed delivery times and costs levels.  
• You are responsible for stock management in order to meet the internal KPI’s and customer satisfaction.
• You network with carriers, brokers and customers in order to achieve the highest level of costs efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• You are responsible for the reporting and analysis of key logistics and transportation data in the required systems on a monthly and quarterly base.
• You act as a sparring partner to the Commercial Vice President and work in accordance with compliance rules and Trespa Values.

SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE

English language skills

Affinity with ERP systems, preferably SAP, SAP BPC and AFO (SAP BW);Advanced in Excel

EDUCATION DEGREE

Bachelor in International Trade, Logistics or similar

6-9 years of relevant experience
