JOB PURPOSE The Compliance Administrator performs various administrative and analytical duties related to compliance and auditing by monitoring regulatory and company policy compliance and providing support for each of the City partner sites. This position will provide overall administrative support to periodic inspection programs and environmental programs, such as air or water compliance, spill prevention or control, hazardous waste or materials management, grease interceptors, employee training, or disaster preparedness while maintaining compliance by monitoring regulatory and company policy and providing overall support for each of the City partner sites. Key Responsibilities * Provides overall administrative support to the Compliance Manager in regards to periodic inspection programs and environmental programs, air or water compliance, spill prevention or control, hazardous waste or materials management, grease interceptors, employee training, or disaster preparedness. * Provides administrative support to the Compliance Manager in regard to professional conduct, policies and procedures for vendors * Performs a wide range of clerical tasks including but not limited to responding to client requests, running compliance reports, identifying and escalating potential issues, and performing or assisting in internal audits within several departments * Assists in reviewing permit work and documents to ensure compliance with all laws and regulations as well as identifying and documenting compliance risks * Interacts with related vendors, maintaining a high level of professionalism and providing quality customer service in resolving issues, communicating rules and regulations * Reviews COI, Certificates and License details of Vendors * Other responsibilities as assigned QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE Education: * High School Diploma required; Bachelors Degree Preferred Qualifications: * 2-4 years experience in a compliance related role * Excellent organizational skills * Excellent Microsoft skills * Able to organize content to develop safety briefs and training material * High level of attention to detail and accuracy * Active listening skills and ability to communicate (written and verbal)
