    We are seeking a dynamic professional to take on the role of City Lead in Miami, Florida. This position combines leadership, sales, and operational management in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. You will lead the local team, oversee sales, and serve as a key liaison between our Miami operations and company HQ.

    The ideal candidate is fluent both in English and Spanish, strong in sales, experienced in team management, and excited to thrive in a collaborative, high-growth setting.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead, grow, and mentor a team of sales, community, and operations managers.

    • Partner with the Sales Manager to drive sales efforts and implement strategies for improved business performance.

    • Collaborate with the Operations Manager to ensure seamless operational execution.

    • Work closely with community managers and associates to deliver excellent customer experiences and maintain high Net Promoter Scores (NPS).

    • Serve as the primary point of contact for corporate interactions between the U.S. market and HQ.

    • Monitor budgets, collections, KPIs, and overall market performance.

    • Liaise with various HQ stakeholders (HR, Marketing, Legal, Finance, etc.) to align on goals and priorities.

    • Promote the company's brand through PR initiatives, events, and collaboration with the Marketing department.

    Requirements:

    • 4+ years of team management experience, with a proven track record of leading and developing successful teams.

    • 3+ years of sales experience (basic sales background acceptable; customer service experience is a plus).

    • Fluency in both English and Spanish.

    • College degree in Business Management, Economics, Hospitality, or a related field.

    • Experience in an international or multicultural environment is an advantage.

    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

    • Demonstrated ability to drive revenue and meet performance goals.

    • Analytical skills, organizational acumen, and time management proficiency.

    • MBA is a plus but not required.

  • Compensation
    $130,000 per year
