WURTH INDUSTRY - EAST REGION, a division of the WURTH INDUSTRY GROUP, is currently seeking a highly motivated, career-minded individual as an INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY TECHNICIAN. This position will report to the IT Manager and will act as the first point of contact for all end user IT support issues.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ensures timely technical support to end-users along with identifying, researching, and resolving technical problems.
- Ensures any users issues are promptly addressed, documented, and resolved in a timely and professional manner.
- Answers questions and/or resolves computer problems in person, telephone, email, etc. for all users within the network system.
- Fully documents each contact by creating a ticket with problem identification and technical steps to resolution.
- Diagnoses and resolves PC, printer, network hardware and software related problems and provide solutions based on user reported problems.
- Escalates problems to appropriate levels within IT for solution when needed.
- Installs hardware, software and all related peripherals for all in-office and out-of-office computer users.

Required Experience
- 2-year degree preferred
- 1+ years of Desktop Support
- Experience with MDT, Windows 10, and Active Directory highly desired
