We are seeking a skilled Civil Construction Foreman to join our Street, Road, Highway, and Heavy Civil Construction team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for earthmoving operations with a variety of heavy equipment. This key role must be pushed to ensure construction projects are completed on time and within budget.
Responsibilities:
· Supervise daily construction operations and ensure compliance with project specifications and safety regulations.
· Coordinate tasks according to priorities and plans, adjusting as needed due to weather, supply delivery, and personnel.
· Manage and motivate site workers and subcontractors, ensuring optimal productivity and quality.
· Monitor and report on project progress to project managers and other stakeholders.
· Prepare internal and external reports pertaining to job status and plan revisions.
· Maintain a safe and clean job site by handling resources and educating staff on safety protocols.
· Supervising the use of machinery and equipment guaranteeing all safety precautions and quality standards are met
· Producing schedules and monitoring the attendance of crew
· Inspecting construction sites frequently and ensuring that manpower and resources are adequate
· Resolve on-site issues and conflicts that may arise.

Qualifications:
· Extensive knowledge of heavy machinery operation and capabilities.
· Excellent mechanical skills.
· Ability to follow instructions.
· Proficient in English
· Knowledge of proper operation of heavy equipment as well as safety standards.
Requirements:
· Proven experience as a Civil Construction Foreman or similar leadership role in construction.
· Deep understanding of civil construction procedures, equipment, and OSHA safety guidelines.
· Strong leadership and organizational abilities.
· Excellent communication skills and the ability to coordinate a diverse team.
· High school diploma or equivalent; Further education or certification in construction management is a plus.
· Ability to read drawings, plans, and blueprints and convey this information to others.
