    Civil Engineer
    Rockford, MN | Direct Hire | $55-85k

    Konik is partnering with a local civil engineering firm west of the metro that is seeking to add aCivil Engineer to their team.

    Civil Engineer Responsibilities:

    • Collaborate with project managers to define project scopes, schedules, and design objectives.
    • Create detailed grading, roadway, and utility plans for land development projects.
    • Draft technical specifications and calculate construction cost estimates.
    • Ensure project designs comply with local municipal and watershed regulations.
    • Track construction progress, coordinating with contractors, clients, and regulatory agencies.

    Civil Engineer Qualifications:

            • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
            • 1-5 years of experience in civil engineering, with a focus on land development and site design.
            • Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and HydroCAD for design and modeling.
            • Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and communication skills.
            • Familiarity with bidding procedures and construction processes in site development.
